Monolith to build a neighborhood in Orsk
The Chelyabinsk construction holding Monolit plans to build a new residential neighborhood in the city of Orsk, Orenburg Region, a spokesman for the city administration said.
On Tuesday, the mayor of the city, Yuri Berg, signed an agreement on a social and economic partnership with the Monolith construction holding, which won the auction for the right to comprehensively develop the land plot.
According to the press officer, the auction for the right to conclude a land lease agreement was held in Orsk last week. The total area of land allocated for housing development is 341.31 thousand square meters.
Two organizations struggled for the right to conclude a land lease agreement: Monolith-Development LLC (subsidiary of Monolit holding) and South Ural Investment Company. The starting price of the plot was 10.12 million rubles. As a result of the auction, the winner was Monolith-Development LLC, which agreed to pay 11.14 million rubles.
About 400 thousand square meters of housing and a number of social facilities are planned to be built on this site. Construction should start at the end of this year. The cost of the project, the implementation of which is designed for 6 years, will be more than 8 billion rubles.
