In the north of Moscow will be a new neighborhood
A 50-storey skyscraper and two high-rise buildings will be built in the Moscow district of Sokol, the press service of the prefecture of the northern administrative district of the capital reported.
A new microdistrict of the European type will appear in the place of old houses to be demolished along Svetlyi Proezd. In their place will be erected three high-rise buildings from 24 to 50 floors, a school, a kindergarten, a parking lot, indoor children’s and sports grounds. All three buildings are part of the New Ring of Moscow program.
Within the framework of the construction, the expansion of the Svetlyi Prospect is envisaged; in addition, new routes of urban public transport will be introduced.
As they say in the district architectural and planning management, at least three or four years will be required for documentation, investor determination and the construction of the first 24-storey building, where residents of demolished houses will be relocated along Svetlyi Proezd.
