- 250 ml cream;
- 100 g of sugar;
- 10 g of corn starch;
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar.
Prepare a homemade plombir simple: in the first place, mix vanilla sugar, dried milk and sugar in a saucepan. Gradually pour half of the milk into this mixture; Try not to have lumps, which then will be difficult to break. As soon as you can get a homogeneous mass, put the pan with the mixture on medium heat and bring it to a boil. The remaining milk is mixed with the starch and pour into a saucepan. Mix everything quickly and remove from heat.
Now strain the mass through a sieve, coverfood film and refrigerate. Chilled cream whisk until peaks appear and mix with the milk mixture. Spread the mixture in glasses and put in the freezer for 3 hours.

How to make a plate with chocolate?
Prepare a homemade plombir with different fillings, but the most delicious is chocolate. To make such a dessert, you will need the following components:
- 3 egg yolks;
- 100 g of powdered sugar;
- 300 ml of milk;
- 200 g of bitter chocolate;
- 30 ml of water;
- 150 ml of creamy cream.
Whisk the yolks with the powdered sugar. In the mass, gradually add a thin trickle of hot milk. Stir everything, and then pour the mass into a saucepan and cook until thickened over low heat. Cool the future of ice cream. During this time, melt in the water chopped pieces of chocolate and whip the cream. In the cooled cream pour first chocolate, and then cream.
