If you look at the history, the creator of the dish, French chef Lucien Olivier, instead of beef meat in the salad, added pieces of meat from boiled grouse and crayfish.But there are always chefs who can replace these ingredients with any sausage or chicken meat. - Chicken fillet - 200 gr .;
- Chicken Egg - 2 pcs .;
- Potatoes - 2 pcs .;
- Pickled cucumbers - 2 pcs .;

- Canned peas - 100 g;
- Carrots (medium) - 1 pc .;

- Mayonnaise - 50 g .;

1. The first step is to wash the potatoes and carrots, boil them until done. Boil the eggs in a separate saucepan.
2. Peel potatoes and cut into cubes.
3. With boiled carrots, you must remove the peel, cut into small sticks.
4. Cool the eggs, peel off the shells and cut them into cubes too.
5. Boil chicken fillet in salted water before cooking. Cut the cooled meat into medium pieces.
6. Cut fresh cucumbers into cubes.
7. Pickled cucumbers should also be cut, but do not forget to squeeze them out to remove excess liquid.
8. Onions finely shred.
9. Now mix all the ingredients and add the green peas.
10. Dress the salad with mayonnaise, add salt to taste and decorate with greens.
