Floors in the bathroom - which one to choose?
Floors - perhaps the most difficult stage of repair in the bathroom. After all, I don’t want to have problems with my neighbors in the future because of a washing machine that suddenly leaked or a shower that has escaped. In order to avoid any quarrels with neighbors about this in the future, it is necessary to take care of this in the initial stage of repairing the bathroom floor.
There are at least three options for solving this problem.
First, you can buy heat-resistant and waterproof glue, designed specifically for laying ceramic tiles. It will not only protect from moisture under the tile, and then on the ceiling to the neighbors, but also qualitatively and reliably glues the tile to the floor or panel in the place where it is planned to install the shower cabin.
Secondly, it is possible to abandon the laying of the already familiar ceramic tiles and make tension floors or ceramic panels, which are coated with a special coating.
And as a third option - you can put a special gasket material under the tile (and panels) that can reliably protect the floor surface and under the tension flooring too.
You can implement any of these options, either by resorting to the help of specialists, or independently, but on the condition that you very carefully read and follow all the recommendations that are recommended by the manufacturers.
